FIELD: technological processes, nanotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additive 3D technology of producing volume microscale nanoparticle structures. Method involves producing an aerosol stream with nanoparticles in a stream of transport gas, heating the aerosol in a stream of transport gas to obtain spherical nanoparticles of required size, transportation of obtained aerosol flow to head with nozzle, supply of aerosol flow and protective gas to said nozzle, focusing of nanoparticles aerosol flow, deposition of nanoparticles from focused aerosol flow onto substrate and sintering of nanoparticles. Using nanoparticles obtained from metals, metal-like compounds and semiconductors. Aerosol heating with nanoparticles in the transport gas flow to produce nanoparticles of spherical shape of required size and sintering of nanoparticles on substrate is carried out by means of at least one source of laser radiation, wave length of which corresponds to excitation of a size-dependent localized surface plasmon resonance for the modal value of the spectrum of diameters deposited on the substrate of nanoparticles.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption of the process and possibility of using heat-sensitive substrates in plastic electronics.
