FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical instrument-making, in particular, to measurement of microconcentration of certain substances in gases or liquids. Piezoelectric resonance sensor of substances microconcentration contains piezoelectric element, in which standing waves of mechanical oscillations are excited along length of piezoelectric cell, and adsorbent connected to surface of piezoelectric cell, wherein the adsorbent in the form of one or more fragments is connected by a limited part of its surface in the area of antinode of standing waves to those faces of the piezoelectric element, which are perpendicular to the direction of oscillatory displacements at the point of connection.
EFFECT: low threshold of sensitivity and selectivity of sensors of microconcentrations of substances.
