FIELD: oil and gas industry; chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas production, oil and gas chemical and chemical industry, in particular, to instruments and devices for pipeline technical condition monitoring. Device includes a branch pipe installed vertically and from above on the main pipeline, a gate valve installed coaxially to the outlet, a cylindrical shell installed coaxially to the outlet of the gate valve and upwards by the base, in which there is a coaxial hole, a sealing cap installed coaxially on the base of the shell, a spindle installed along the axis "gate valve-shell-cap". Flywheel is fitted on upper end of spindle while specimen made from material similar to material of main pipeline and located in transported product medium are arranged at spindle lower end. Samples are connected to the spindle through an external leaky protective collapsible cassette made of a stronger and wear-resistant material than the sample. On top the cassette is equipped with an inlet cone and longitudinal at least one groove for formation of a cutting edge destroying the sediment accumulated at the inlet and inside of the tap during rotation. Sealing cap from above is equipped with coaxial cylindrical groove with upper thread for sealing cups, sealing outlet spindle during tightening by upper thread clamping hollow screw, which from above is equipped with internal thread with lower conical narrowing for locking screw, equipped from below with cone with two and more longitudinal incisions. Locking screw at screwing in hollow screw is made with possibility of interaction outside with conical narrowing of hollow screw, and inside – with rod with its fixation relative to sealing cap.

EFFECT: device enables to protect the sample with the help of an external cartridge, accelerate and simplify the process of extracting the sample by drawing a cartridge equipped with a cutting edge for breaking the residue at the outlet of the pipeline.
