METHOD FOR MORE EFFECTIVE PREDICTION OF AN UNFAVORABLE OUTCOME IN MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION IN MEN YOUNGER THAN 60 YEARS OLD Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B5/00

Abstract RU 2690612 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used to increase the effectiveness of predicting an unfavorable outcome in myocardial infarction in men younger than 60 years. Blood pressure level is determined. Auscultation is performed. Indices for the individual rapid assessment of the probability of a lethal outcome within first 52 days of the disease are calculated by calculating the NORRIS index and the index of subjective manifestations of heart failure (ISMHF). Probability (p) is calculated by the claimed formula. Value p<0.5 indicates a favorable outcome, and p>0.5 indicates an unfavorable outcome.

EFFECT: method enables more effective prediction of an unfavorable outcome in myocardial infarction in men younger than 60 years due to evaluating the complex of the most significant indicators.
