METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF DEVELOPMENT OF ACUTE KIDNEY DAMAGE DURING MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION IN MEN UNDER 60 YEARS Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61B5/21 G01N33/68 G01N33/70

Abstract RU 2784943 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used to predict the development of acute kidney injury (AKI) in myocardial infarction (MI) in men under 60 years of age. By collecting an anamnesis, the duration of overweight, the presence of chronic heart failure and the presence of coronary artery bypass surgery in history are determined. THE mean arterial pressure, glomerular filtration rate in the first 48 hours of MI and the level of low density lipoproteins after the first 48 hours are determined. Then, using the data obtained, the risk of developing acute kidney injury is estimated according to the proposed mathematical model.

EFFECT: method allows to improve the results of treatment and the quality of life of patients due to the possibility of identifying a risk group for developing AKI in MI in order to carry out a complex of therapeutic and diagnostic measures by conducting an early express risk assessment of this event.
