FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used to predict the development of cardiac muscle ruptures in myocardial infarction in men under 60 years of age. According to the ECG, signs of right ventricular hypertrophy, the presence of asystole and complete atrioventricular blockade are evaluated. The presence of thromboembolism in the patient, the presence of coronary artery bypass surgery in history, the class of acute heart failure according to T. Kilip and the presence of pulmonary edema are also assessed. Then the risk of this event is calculated for 56 days according to a given formula.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the efficiency of predicting the development of myocardial ruptures by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
