FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. To produce a corneal graft for a layer-by-layer keratoplasty, treating the cornea of the donor eyeball with a solution containing riboflavin and dextran, subsequent ultraviolet (UV) radiation with wavelength of 370 nm, output 3 mW/cm2 with simultaneous instillation containing riboflavin solution. For treatment, the corneal epithelium is removed with diameter of 10 mm. De-epithelised stroma of the cornea is followed by the installation of a solution containing, wt. %: riboflavin mononucleotide 0.14–0.15; dextran 18.0–22.0; tris-(hydroxymethyl)-methylamine 0.08–0.12; nipagin 0.0075–0.0125; Trilon B 0.005–0.01; sodium chloride 0.8–0.9 and distilled water purified to 100 for 40 minutes. UV radiation is performed with radiation fluence of 7.2 J/cm2 in pulsed accelerated mode: 1 s - light, 1 s is pause of 8 minutes with simultaneous instillation of the same solution, and the graft is formed with thickness of 125 ± 35 mcm, which is represented by a posterior portion of the stroma, a descemet membrane and an endothelium in its central part with a limbal-skeletal rim.
EFFECT: method provides higher engraftment of the corneal graft, reduced antigenicity and potential risk of developing infectious complications in the postoperative period.
