SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For surgical treatment of corneal dystrophy, anterior chamber moisture is sampled in amount of 0.1 ml, which is filled with 0.1 ml of sterile 0.1 % isotonic solution of riboflavin mononucleotide. Mechanical removal of corneal epithelium with diameter of about 7–8 mm is performed. Corneal stroma is saturated with riboflavin by means of installations of the photosensitizer Dextralink for 40 minutes. After this, UV irradiation of the cornea is performed in accelerated mode at wave length 370 mm, power 15 mW/cm², with radiation fluence of 7.2 J/cm², duration of 8 minutes. During irradiation simultaneous installation of photosensitizer Dextralink is performed every 3 minutes. Further, posterior automated layer-by-layer keratoplasty is performed by standard technique.

EFFECT: method provides stable pain management, reduced recurrences in postoperative period due to higher efficiency of interfibrillar stitching and depth of cross-linking, reduced duration of procedure.
