FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for obtaining surface and volume antimicrobial effects and preparation of surface for strong attachment of adhesive layer and filling material to moisture-containing dentin and enamel of tooth. Dental etching colloid agent contains orthophosphoric acid in mass concentration of 35–37 % and a colloidal solution of metal nanoparticles dissolved in this acid in mass concentration of not more than 10-3 % in the form of an antibacterial additive. Colloidal solution of nanoparticles of metal is colloidal solution of nanoparticles of titanium dioxide in mass concentration of 10-3–10-5 %, which is distilled water, in which by means of high-frequency discharges between electrodes from titanium electric arc breakdowns are initiated for erosion of their end surface of electrodes and separation of nano-sized particles of titanium dioxide with size of 0.5–3.0 nm. Components are used in claimed amounts.
EFFECT: using the group of inventions enables creating on the dental tissue surface after mechanical treatment at the etching step and after etching of long surface bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects with respect to plaque microflora ensured by adsorption of titanium dioxide nanoparticles on dental tooth biostructures.
