FIELD: packing and storage.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a sealed and heat-insulating reservoir for storing a fluid. Tank wall comprises an auxiliary heat-insulating barrier, an auxiliary sealing membrane and a main heat-insulating barrier and main sealing membrane supported by main heat-insulating barrier (5). Main insulating elements (6) contain parallelepiped insulating panels arranged so that to provide gap (8) between them. Main heat-insulating barrier (5) additionally contains anticonvection filler (37), located in the gap between the first parallelepiped insulation panel (6) and the second parallelepiped insulation panel. Anticonvection aggregate (37) is made of thin continuous material and has a plurality of elongated wall elements (42), extending substantially over the entire width of the gap to constrain cells extending substantially perpendicular to the thickness direction.

EFFECT: creation of a reservoir limiting availability of continuous circulation channels in heat-insulating barriers for limitation of natural convection in the above heat-insulating barriers.
