SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery. Circle FR is conditionally divided into three semicircles and, respectively, into nine segments: A1, A2, A3 – related to front semi-circle, P1, P2, P3 – related to rear semi-circle, and S1, S2, S3 – related to septal semi-circle. At that, A2, P2, and S2 are the middle of the base of each leaf. Sutures are applied on segments S2, P2 and A2, as well as on medial half of segments A1, A3, P1, P3, S1, S3. Commissural FR zones are left free from suturing.

EFFECT: method enables reducing the number of complications caused by the absence of the need to fill FR throughout the perimeter, which enables to significantly reduce the risk of an acute coronary event occurring as a result of coronary artery suture seizure or its bend, in addition, reducing the risk of complications caused by the absence of the need to fill FR in the localization of the conductive pathways, which significantly reduces the risk of postoperative rhythm disturbances and conductivity, eliminated possibility of excessive atrioventricular orifice narrowing due to change of concentric size of distance, changes shape of FR TV without significant change in its area, approach of leaflets occurs, which provides improved co-optation.
