FIELD: engineering elements.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to connecting structural elements, primarily for use in connection of racks with stack beams. The corner comprises straight parts, located at an angle to each other, with straight stiffeners made thereon, and a corner part with a diagonal stiffener. The corner has holes for mounting elements, wherein one is located in the corner flat area of the corner, and other holes are located on the straight parts of the corner. Each straight part of the corner at the end thereof has a flat section located outside of the stiffener, and a hole for a mounting element is located in this section. The distance h between one side of the diagonal stiffener and the edge of the corner hole is equal to the distance h1 between the other side of the diagonal stiffener and the edge of the inner angle of the corner. The length Gp of each straight stiffener is equal to the length Gd of the diagonal stiffener, and each stiffener has a width f in the range from 6.0 to 8.0 mm. Each stiffener has a height n in the range of n=(1.5 to 1.4)t, wherein t is the thickness of the plate of the corner in the range of t=0.6 to 0.8 mm. The distance h2 between each straight stiffener and the end adjacent edge of part of the corner is in the range of h2 = 16.5 to 18.5 mm. The stiffness corner has corner and end-wise curvatures along the radius R, the length L of each part of the angle is in the range of L = 55 to 80 mm, the centre-to-centre distance L1 between the corner hole and the hole of each part of the corner is in the range of L1 = 49 to 51 mm. Each hole of the corner has a diameter d in the range of d = 6.0 to 8.0 mm, wherein the length Gp of each straight stiffener is in the range of Gp = 26 to 28 mm. The diagonal stiffener is located at an angle α= 45° relative to each straight stiffener.

EFFECT: increase in the load-bearing capacity of the corner and reduction in the metal consumption thereof.
