FIELD: road construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of moving an asphalt concrete mixture in a reloader and the design of the latter. When moving the asphalt concrete mixture through the reloader, temperature and fractional desegregation is performed, mixture from the loading point to the unloading point is moved along the chute under the action of the gravity component of the loaded mass of the mixture directed along the chute, which for this purpose is inclined by angle equal to or more than angle of natural slope for hot asphalt mix and contact surface of tray. Method is implemented by construction of asphalt concrete mix loader, comprising chassis on rolling bearings, on which power units are installed, as well as process unit for implementation of temperature and fractional desegregation of hot mixture, located between loading and unloading units. All said units are combined in a common housing made in the form of a chute, open at its ends, which is mounted on the chassis and kinematically connected to the manipulation device located on the latter and performing the chute inclination in the vertical direction.
EFFECT: simplified design of the reloader.
