FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of calibrating automatic control of a slope of a working machine such as a road-milling machine or an asphalt concrete paver. In particular, a calibration device is provided, which provides maintaining the preselected longitudinal and transverse slopes relative to the reference, without significant intervention on the part of the operator. Calibration system uses a calibration controller designed to calibrate the automatic adjustment of longitudinal and transverse slopes. Calibration controller supplies current to valve, which controls operation of linear actuator, which can be used to change angular position of working machine frame. Calibration controller uses feedback from at least one sensor, such as an altitude measurement sensor or a slope measurement sensor, in an iterative process, which enables to determine a minimum current value capable of changing the angular position of the working machine frame. After the minimum value is determined, the system creates optimum settings for the longitudinal and transverse slope control system in order to increase its efficiency and ensure stable operation.
EFFECT: disclosed is automatic calibration of the automatic slope adjustment system in a working machine.
