SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutting tool key comprising handle to activate cutting tool key rotation and locking element attached to said handle. Locking element comprises a receiving section for the head on its rear end and a bushing attached to the locking element. Bushing is resiliently flexible and surrounds the receiving section for the head ring-like. Cutting head key assembly comprises cutting head, which is located on receiving section for head and is elastically clamped by means of said bushing. Cutting head key is rotated for detachable attachment of cutting head to tool holder.
EFFECT: as a result, facilitating detachable connection of cutting head and tool holder.
