SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, specifically to oncology. The method for combined treatment of operable stomach cancer with a positive PDL status includes conducting courses of preoperative chemotherapy following the scheme of docetaxel at a dose of 50 mg/m² by intravenous infusion on day 1, oxaliplatin at a dose of 85 mg/m² by intravenous infusion on day 1, with the duration of the infusion of 2 hours, leucovorin at a dose of 200 mg/m² by intravenous infusion on day 1, with the duration of the infusion of 2 hours, fluorouracil at a dose of 2,600 mg/m² with an interval between the courses of 14 days, pembrolizumab 200 mg by IV infusion on day 1, and operative treatment. Oxaliplatin and leucovorin infusions are therein conducted for two hours, 5-fluorouracil is administered for 48 hours, the courses of immunochemotherapy are conducted prior to operative intervention, pembrolizumab is administered once every 14 days, a total of 8 courses of polychemotherapy.

EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the frequency of postoperative complications and a possibility of achieving a pronounced therapeutic result without applying radiation therapy.
