SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to oral cavity care. The composition for oral cavity care comprises a bisabolol in a quantity of 0.2-0.3 wt.% per total weight of the composition; zinc oxide in a quantity of 0.75-1.25 wt.% and zinc citrate in a quantity of 0.25-1 wt.% per total weight of the composition; zingerone in a quantity of 0.1 wt.% per total weight of the composition and the source of the two-valence tin ions in the quantity of 0.1-2 wt.% per total weight of the composition. A method for improving the health condition of the oral cavity is also disclosed.
EFFECT: set of inventions enables reducing deposition of tin and zinc to human gum tissues.
