SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a method for prevention of rota-, coronaviral infection and cattle colibacillosis, involving Splenivit as an immunomodulator for prevention of rota-, coronaviral infection and cattle colibacillosis, where the inverted cows inoculated inactivated against rotavirus, coronaviral enteritis and bovine colibacillosis subcutaneously in an area of the middle one-third of the neck or in the inguinal fold are introduced into the cows twice each 40 and 20 days before calving in volume of 5 ml, followed by introduction of the Splenivit immunomodulator in dose of 7 cm3 is administered intramuscularly.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a high level of protection of newborn calves from vaccinated cows, in the serum of which there was a significant increase in specific antibodies against rota-b coronaviruses and adhesive antigens E_ coliK99, Att25, F41, included in the vaccine.
