FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Filler for yoghurt based on natural ingredients includes cereal flakes in amount of 50–90 %, dry berries - 2–10 %, nuts - 2–20 % and dry fruits - 2–20 %. Initial component quantities are expressed in terms of wt. %. Invention ensures production of filler preserving crisp taste during 6–7 minutes at its mixing with milk, during 10–13 minutes at mixing with yoghurt, curd or curd product.
EFFECT: wider range of fillers for dairy products, possibility of long storage of filler for up to 6 months without using preserving agents.
