SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular, to production of fillers for milk and dairy products. The proposed filler for milk and/or a dairy product includes a combination of nuts and chocolate and additionally at least one ingredient selected from cookies, extruded balls and caramel, taken at a certain weight ratio.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce a filler for milk or a dairy product, retaining a crispy taste for 7 to 12 minutes when mixed with milk and for 12 to 20 minutes when mixed with yogurt, curd, curd product, or pudding.
