FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport shipbuilding and concerns the dry cargo ship hatchway covers. Disclosed is a hatch cover of a dry cargo vessel, resting on three edges on the hatch coaming, and the fourth unsupported edge stitching to the adjacent cover, comprising a rectangular flooring, along the contour of which from below the reinforced beams are located, wherein under the flooring longitudinal and transverse reinforcing elements are fixed, as well as stiffeners arranged in parallel to the unsupported edge, wherein longitudinal reinforcing elements are made in the form of frame beams parallel to the stiffeners, not less than one of which is located next to the reinforced beam located on the unsupported edge of the lid, and another one – next to beam located on edge opposite to unsupported one, transverse reinforcing elements are made in form of alternating transverse short and long beams perpendicular to unsupported edge, wherein the long beams have length from one edge of the cover to the opposite one and are joined to reinforced beams located along the outline of the flooring, and short transverse beams are located on the side opposite to the unsupported edge, and rest on the beam of the flooring contour and the adjacent frame beam.
EFFECT: reduced material consumption of the cover of the hatchway cover and increased rigidity thereof.
