SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for measurement of frequency of continuous and pulsed microwave signals. Digital receiver for rapid measurement of frequency consists of in-phase power divider, first output of which is connected to amplitude corrector with frequency upward AFC, second output of which is connected to amplitude corrector with downstream AFC, first and second ADC, outputs of which are connected to computing device, clock source, which output is connected to first and second ADC clock inputs. Additionally, the first and second sampling and storage devices are introduced, wherein the input of the first sampling-storage device is connected to the output of the amplitude corrector with frequency upward AFC, input of the second sampling-storage device is connected to the output of the amplitude corrector with a frequency-down AFC, outputs of the first and second sampling and storage devices are connected to the inputs of the first and second ADCs, respectively, and clocking device output is additionally connected to clock inputs of the first and second sampling-storage devices.
EFFECT: digital receiver frequency range extension.
