FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to jet-abrasive machining of surfaces of parts and can be used in cleaning parts from stainless steel from scale after heat treatment. Operation of surfaces cleaning is performed by jet-abrasive treatment by means of pressure exposure to processed surface with air mixture including fine particles. Latter are calcium carbonate particles with size of 2 mcm to 400 mcm, Mohs hardness 2.6–3.4, and treatment of treated surface is carried out with pressure of mixture of 0.8 MPa and volume concentration of dispersed particles of 0.16–0.18 %.
EFFECT: as a result, removal of scale without metal damage and fragile areas of parts, as well as in hard-to-reach areas of parts.
