METHOD OF COMBINED MULTI-ELECTRODE ELECTROCHEMICAL AND EROSION-CHEMICAL PIERCING OF DEEP HOLES OF SMALL SECTION IN METAL PART AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC B23H5/00 B23H5/14 B23H9/14

Abstract RU 2724212 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used at simultaneous manufacture of group of holes in metal part. Proposed method comprises piercing orifices in part at feed of fluid working medium into interelectrode gap with continuous anode dissipation of allowance, performed by means of tool electrodes, number of which corresponds to number of simultaneously pierced holes. When electrodes-tools are in the pierced holes, the pressure of the liquid working medium is increased, and in the zone on the boundary of each electrode-tool and the edges of the pierced holes of the part, pressure pulses of the liquid working medium are created, which form cavitation flow of the liquid working medium. Proposed device comprises housing with electrode-tools, between which there are holes for supply of liquid working medium into interelectrode gap, and disk with holes is installed on housing. Housing is equipped with cover with a hole for supply of liquid working medium. Disk is made with possibility of rotation by means of hydraulic turbine, which is arranged in housing, rigidly connected to disk and made with possibility of rotation from liquid working medium supplied to turbine blades, wherein the number of holes in the disk is equal to the number of tool electrodes, holes in the disk in a state of rest are matched with the position of the axes and the profile of opposite holes in the housing and are shifted relative to the axes of the holes pierced in the part.

EFFECT: technical result is intensification of process of multi-electrode combined piercing of deep holes of small section in metal parts by electrodes-tools with simplification of device design.
