METHOD FOR RESTENOSIS DEVELOPMENT PREDICTION IN PATIENTS WITH STABLE EXERTIONAL ANGINA FOLLOWING CORONARY STENTING Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G01N33/49 G01N21/17

Abstract RU 2724279 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to diagnosing cardiovascular diseases, namely, to laboratory diagnostic methods for predisposition to development of coronary restenosis in the place of drug-eluting stents in patients with stable exertional angina following planned coronary stenting (CS). Method for prediction of restenosis development in patients with stable exertional angina following coronary stenting involves blood examination of patients, biochemical blood analysis, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) content is determined by nephelometric method before coronary stenting and 1 month after intervention, and concentration difference of said index ≥0.9 mg/l (≥25 %) testifies to high risk of restenosis development.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of the method and detection of an additional predictor of restenosis development, available for wide use.
