FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sorption purification of alcohol-containing beverages. Method is characterized by passing through three layers of granulated sorption-filtration materials in series, namely: highly active activated coal, activated kernel coal, silver impregnated, ion-exchange resin based on zirconium phosphate, with speed in the first of said layers of 25–50 Dal/h per 1 kg of sorbent at further ratio of flow rates per 1 kg of sorption-filtering material in each layer is 1:1.24:0.64.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve organoleptic properties of strong alcoholic beverages in terms of their purchase of noble taste and aroma.
