FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is the composition of the initial components for preparing vodka, namely 65.8% sugar syrup in amount of 9.2 l/1000 dal, an alcoholised infusion of Borodinsky bread first drainage in amount of 3.0–3.5 l/1000 dal, a cucumber infusion fresh in amount of 1.5–2.0 l/1000 dal, water-alcohol liquid is the rest. Also described is a method of producing such vodka, which provides for preparation of a water-alcohol liquid, its treatment on sorption-filtering carbon cartridge-type elements impregnated with silver, and preparation of a blend with the above initial components.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to reduce the content of acetic aldehyde, esters such as methyl acetate and ethyl acetate, methyl alcohol in the finished product.
