SUBSTANCE: device comprises an adhesive plate for attachment to the user's skin surface and an assembly bag connected to the adhesive plate. Adhesive plate has a through hole for placing the user's stoma. Adhesive plate contains a protective layer, a first adhesive composition with possibility of changing state, a second adhesive composition and at least one protective film. First adhesive composition with the possibility of changing state contains a polymer and a state change initiator. State of the first composition can be changed from the first liquid state to the second adhesive state by activating the state change initiator. Device comprises a recess, wherein the recess is a structure configured to hold the fluid, to accommodate the first adhesive composition with possibility of changing state, and wherein first composition in second state has higher viscosity than first composition in first state, and wherein recess is provided by changing state of at least part of extreme sections of first adhesive to form a shape-resistant texture.
