SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Method of compost preparation in a biofermenter includes preparation of a fermented mixture, movement of the mixture into a biofermenter equipped with air ducts equipped with a pressure fan, whose head is proportional to the fermented weight loading height, and performing aerobic fermentation of mixture successively in psychrophilic, mesophilic and thermophilic phases, wherein air supply in three phases of fermentation is performed cyclically by switching every 10 minutes of pressure fan, wherein the duration of each cycle of operation of the pressure fan is determined in accordance with the following linear relationships established for each fermentation phase, and is provided by means of a programmable timer: for psychrophilic phase: 540 × V/L × (1 + T × 1/24) at 0 < T ≤ 24, for mesophilic phase: 1080 × V/L × (1 + (T-24)/144) at 24 < T ≤ 96, for the thermophilic phase: 1620 × V/L = const at 96 < T ≤ 168, with permissible deviations of ±5 %, where V is the volume of the fermented mixture (m³), T is the period counted from the moment the mixture is added to the fermenter (h), L is the capacity of the fan (m³/h).

EFFECT: invention allows to prepare compost with specified properties at simultaneous reduction of operating costs.
