ORGANIC FERTILISER "THERMOPHILE'' AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC C05F3/00 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: organic fertiliser includes poultry excrement and peat which is used as an adsorbent. The fertiliser also contains additional plant bypass after fermentation of vulnerary plants with the following weight ratio of the components: poultry excrement 4.0-4.5, peat 1.0-1.5, plant bypass after fermentation of vulnerary plants 3.0-4.0. Method of organic fertiliser production includes blending of poultry excrement with peat, which is used as an adsorbent, and at the same time mixture is placed in a fermenter, then aerobic composting, under which the mixture is heated, aged and cooled is carried out. When excrement is blended with peat, plant bypass after fermentation of vulnerary plants is added with the following weight ratio of the components: poultry excrement 4.0-4.5, peat 1.0-1.5, plant bypass after fermentation of vulnerary plants 3.0-4.0. The components are added in the following order: peat, poultry excrement, plant bypass after fermentation of vulnerary plants, poultry excrement, and peat. Humidity of the prepared mixture should not exceed 60%. The mixture is heated to 39-40°C during 1÷3 days, aged during 4÷7 days at 48-60°C and cooled within one day, thereafter it's milled, blended, sieved and packed.

EFFECT: invention allows producing of high-efficiency organic fertiliser; extending its functional capabilities and decreasing of cost price of the product.
