FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for automatically distributing the load between gas drying trains at complex gas treatment plants relates to the field of production and preparation of natural gas for long-distance transport, in particular to the gas drying process at the gas treatment facility of the Cenomanian deposits of oil and gas condensate fields (OGCF) in the North of the Russian Federation. The method for automatically distributing the load between the das drying trains (GDTs) at a gas treatment facility includes an automated process control system that controls productivity of the gas drying shop with a given number of operating GDTs, which is determined by the dispatch service of the Enterprise, which also sets the gas production plan - for the GDT. Before putting the installation into operation, the maintenance personnel of the gas treatment facility enters this data into the database of the automated process control system along with other settings for the process parameters controlled by it. The automated process control system provides individual control of the actual dew point temperature of dried gas and compares it to the required specification . As soon as the dew point temperature of dried gas at any of the GDTs goes beyond the permissible limits, the process control system disconnects its PID controller from controlling the dry gas flow rate control system and transfers it to control the dry gas flow correction unit for this GDT. Starting from this moment, the dried gas flowrate correction block for this GDT. with a given discrete time and level of quantization in value, produces a step-by-step covering of this control valve reducing consumption of dried gas of this GDT. The dry gas flowrate correction block for the i-th GDT, by performing step-by-step closing of the valve controlling dry gas flowrate under control by the automatic process control system, can reduce its productivity to the minimum permissible gas flowrate , but it will never achieve compliance with the specified conditions for dew point temperature of dried gas and/or entrainment of DEG by dried gas. The invention makes it possible to improve quality of control of the gas drying process at a gas treatment facility operating in the North of the Russian Federation, within the framework of the norms and restrictions provided for by its technological regulations, and to reduce the role of the human factor in managing the process of preparing gas for long-distance transport.
EFFECT: ability to maintain the specified quality of the dried gas in the event of deviations during the technological process at the gas treatment plant and eliminate the human factor when making management decisions.
