FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of acoustics, optics and radio engineering and can be used in arrangement of a two-way communication channel between a deep-water object, for example, a submarine, and surface - ground, air or space object. For this method consists in formation of water channel in water medium for transmission of electromagnetic signal by vortex of acoustic wave with nonlinear front, which initiates swirling motion of water in direction from acoustic wave generators on surface of underwater object to interface of water-air media with formation of air funnels, wherein the vortex acoustic waves emitters are made in the form of waterproof unidirectional dynamic heads, which are placed on the platform top platform of the underwater object at an acute angle to the horizontal line.
EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of transmission between underwater and surface object via radio channel.
