FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technical diagnostics and can be used in railway transport, namely for measurement and recording of vertical, longitudinal and lateral forces acting on side frame of bogie from wheel pair, at movement of railway cars. At least four strain gauges are installed on the upper part of the side frame in the area between the jaw guides limiting wheel pair movements. Connection circuit of resistive strain gauges allows receiving at least four output signals. Processing of output signals for restoration of values of vertical, longitudinal and lateral force for any moment of time is performed through summation of products of constant coefficients, which are part of pseudoinverse matrix to matrix of influence, made during calibration loads, on values of output signals from installed resistive strain gauges.
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of measurements of vertical, longitudinal and lateral forces transmitted to side frame of bogie from wheel pair, and thereby higher safety of cars by improving quality of diagnosis.
