SUBSTANCE: proposed flavoring composition contains two compounds—WS-5 (N-(ethoxycarbonylmethyl)-3-p-menthane carboxamide) and WS-12 ((1R,2S,5R)-N-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-methyl-2-(1-methylethyl)cyclohexane carboxamide). Also disclosed is a food product containing said flavoring composition.
EFFECT: invention allows to impart enhanced cooling properties to mint candies and chewing gum.
