FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to natural cooling compositions. Cooling composition includes natural isopulegol, natural menthyl lactate, natural menthyl succinate and optionally natural menthol, where natural isopulegol is present in the composition in amount of 35 wt/wt up to 65 wt/wt. Disclosed is an oral product comprising said cooling composition.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a stable in time natural cooling composition with enhanced sensor cooling characteristics and attenuated by bitter taste compared to conventional cooling compositions without natural cooling compounds.
