FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns food-processing industry and can be used at manufacturing of chewing gums and other confectionery products. Confectionary product contains mixture of physiological cooling agents including mentiglutarate and one or more agents picked from 1-isopulegol and p-mentan-3,8-diols. In other version mentioned mixture of physiological cooling agents is produced as structure with modified releasing. Combination of physiological agents with modified releasing is preferably obtained during physical change of mentioned cooling agents combination properties. This combination is produced by coating deposition and drying. When included in chewing gum content such particles are used to enlarge flavouring agent storage time and/or perform its modified releasing during chewing of mentioned chewing gum. In other version physiological cooling agents mixture is a part of confectionary product.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain strong cooling and pure mint aroma; higher concentrations of l-menthol or mint flavouring agents are not required; fast releasing of encapsulated combination of physiological cooling agents gives strong taste influence and cooling feeling.
