FIELD: space equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering, namely to means of damping loads on spacecraft during landing. System of damping loads on spacecraft when landing on atmospheric-free objects comprises soft U-shaped in cross section shell made of mail mesh. Net forms a toroid filled with filler in the form of granular, solid-state and spherical elements. Diameter of elements is 0.012–0.015 m, they are laid in 12–15 layers in said shell. Weight of the filler shall be 15 ± 5 % of the weight of the spacecraft.

EFFECT: higher reliability of spacecraft when landing.
