FIELD: cosmonautics.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to means and methods for activity of cosmonauts in spacesuits on the surface of the Moon, which facilitate orientation in conditions of deceptive perception of optical information. The proposed supporting block of information signs (ISSB) contains a bearing flange with handles and a soft shell (bag) attached to it. The bag is filled through the inlet of the flange with natural sand-dust regolith with the inclusion of 20-25% of solid granules 3-5 mm in size. The neck of the bag is attached to the flange by a clamping ring, an annular magnet of a magnetic lock is installed on the hole cover, and its spherical yoke is attached to the rod, at the end of which there is a payload panel with an inclination angle to the flange, set within 30±2.5°. When operating ISSB, after loading the filler, placing the bag with the bottom on the ground and docking the yoke with the ring magnet, rotate the yoke to bring the flange and panel to a position where the panel is horizontal or inclined, and the flange is either horizontal or inclined within the specified limits.
EFFECT: ensuring productive and safe activities on the lunar surface when traveling on foot or in a vehicle.
