FIELD: hydro acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to investigation of offshore surface of water area bottom and search for its inhomogeneities using hydroacoustic systems of unmanned underwater vehicles. Method of survey of shelf surface of bottom of water area includes systematic trajectory survey of surface of offshore surface by movement of hydroacoustic equipment of UUV above surface of bottom of water area to detect regional (local) deviations of the surface from the horizontal plane, to register the density of the shelf soil and to analyze the density of the shelf soil for the presence of stone-containing fragments in it. Control of UUV movement is carried out along Archimedean spiral with assigned spiral center, with using UUV equipment local characteristics of soil density are measured and fixed, coordinates of its anomalies are marked through equal sections of trajectory path of UUV, according to the obtained data, a verbal flat design model of density of bottom soil is developed in given coordinate constraints, further, a stochastic design method is developed to assess the expected soil resistance force when the caisson is installed with a predetermined shape of the skirt outer skirt and deviate the caisson from the Archimedean spiral center.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining coordinates when installing a caisson of a given shape, crushing an external contour of the skirt into the ground and deviating the caisson from the center of the Archimedean spiral.
