FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a photovoltaic module in the form of a laminate, which demonstrates a photocell system having a sealing layer on the back side and on the front side, a barrier layer, located on the rear sealing layer and the sealing layer in the personal first SiOx layer, the primary web layer, a second SiOx layer, an optional layer of photoresist, the adhesive layer and the glass layer, wherein the silver low-E coating is located in one or between two face layers, thereby protecting the corrosion-sensitive silver coating with low emissive capacity (low-E coating) from moisture.
EFFECT: invention enables to form a photoelectric module free from lack of low reflection of infrared radiation due to corrosion of the silver layer and thereby limiting power generation efficiency.
