SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and psychology, to the field of clinical psychology, psychotherapy, pathological physiology and directly to the diagnosing of endogenous intoxication after psychological counseling. A method for diagnosing endogenous intoxication after psychological counseling includes determining the content of average weight molecules (AWM) in the blood. The study is carried out immediately before the consultation, and then after 4 hours and in the morning of the next day on an empty stomach after its completion. If the content of AWM in 4 hours after the consultation exceeds the indicators before it by no more than 1.5 times, and in the morning of the next day on an empty stomach, the content of AWM in the blood increases by 1.1 times or more compared to the indicators 4 hours after the consultation, additionally, after 1 day in the morning on an empty stomach, the content of AWM in the blood is determined. With a continuing increase in the content of AWM in the blood, the development of endogenous intoxication is diagnosed after psychological counseling.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in reliability of the diagnosing of endogenous intoxication after psychological counseling, taking into account the individual characteristics of the body's response.
