LABORATORY METHOD FOR DETECTING EXTENSIVE STAGES OF LYMPHOPROLIFERATIVE DISORDER Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01N33/535

Abstract RU 2657804 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to methods for interpreting laboratory test results. Laboratory method for detecting extensive stages of lymphoproliferative disorder, including results of clinical trials, radiation, morphological, immunomorphological, laboratory study methods and thymidine kinase-1 (TK-1) activity analysis, is characterized by determining thymidine kinase-1 activity in blood serum of patients before the initiation of chemotherapy by using immunoenzyme assays, and if TK-1 activity is more than 2,000.0 dIU/L, but less than 3,350.0 dIU/L, the neoplastic process is referred to stages III-IV; if TK-1 activity is > 3,350.0 dIU/L, the neoplastic process is referred to stage IV.

EFFECT: invention can be used in lymphoproliferative disorders, namely, non-Hodgkin lymphoma and lymphogranulomatosis to clarify the stage of the neoplastic process.
