FIELD: fuel combustion methods and devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to angular laminar ash collector. Collector is installed at the horizontal turn into the vertical convective part of the boiler gas duct before the heat exchanger inlet. Collector contains a cylindrical end cowl with through slots installed on rotation of horizontal into the vertical part of the boiler gas duct, on which hollow planks of wedge-like shape in the section are fixed. Planks are connected by cross bar into grate. Planks have blind baffle at gas-ash flow outlet. On the planks there are slotted pockets protruding above external side surfaces – scrapers and slit pockets buried in the slot cavities, which are connected through the cavity in the slats and the slit in the cowling with the ash-collecting system of the boiler.
EFFECT: as a result, amount of ash in gas-ash flow after passage of ash collector decreases.
