FIELD: medicine; operative traumatology; orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates discloses an implant for replacement of bone trabecular defects, made in the form of a body of rotation. Implant is characterized by that body of rotation is made of porous material selected from porous titanium or its alloy, and is limited by the ellipsoid surface, wherein the ellipsoid has dimensions on three orthogonal axes in range from 5 to 30 mm. Invention provides improved adaptability of implant shape to size features of specific bone defect. Since the implant is made from metallic material, its visibility is improved when X-ray imaging is performed. As a result of its production from the porous material, the osteoconductive effect is increased.
EFFECT: invention can be used for bone defect replacement in trabecular bone in epimetaphyseal region.
