FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, to reconstructive plastic surgery. Damaged tissues are removed and the formed defect is replaced with an implant of titanium nickelide and a free skin flap. Thin-profile reticular implant of titanium nickelide is placed in place of an orifice wall defect. After that, a free skin flap is cut out on the inner surface of the shoulder on the left side. Anterior and lateral walls of the maxillary sinus are filled with a mesh cellular implant of width 3–4 cm, length 4–5 cm, made of super-elastic nickelide-titanium thread according to knitted technology with a transverse size of filamentary fibers of 60 mcm, located with gaps of 3 mm, cell size of 240 mcm, which is laid on the wound surface from the inner side of the preserved tissues of the middle face area and anchored to the edges of the defect. Free skin flap is laid and anchored on the nickelide-titanium mesh of the implant.

EFFECT: method enables maximum preservation of contours of facial soft tissues, reduces the risk of postoperative complications and improves quality of life of patients.
