SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of initiating tumour cell death, intended for local treatment of oncological patients having tumour tissues with multiple metastases, for their hyperthermia in all organs of human body HF- and UHF energy, characterized by that before treatment, person for 3 days is transferred to a non-carbohydrate diet for subsequent maximum saturation of tumour cells with electron-ion solutions of Photosens hydroxyaluminium trisulfophthalocyanine preparation intravenously in megadose 0.81 mg/kg of body weight and ascorbic acid orally in megadose to 500 mg, for maximum accumulation in tumour tissues respectively 1.5–1.8 times more than in healthy tissues, after administration of Photosens hydroxyaluminium trisulfophthalocyanine solution and ascorbic acid after 8 hours and after 4 hours, selective hyperthermia of tumour tissues HF energy is performed in accordance with depth of their location and penetration depth of electromagnetic wave into human body of 1100 cm at the allowed frequency f = 13.56 MHz with total heating rate of tumour tissues of 0.073 °C/s for 162 s to temperature of tumour tissues heating of 48.5 °C, with heating of healthy tissues not higher than 40 °C.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method for initiation of death of tumour cells of hydroxyaluminium with trisulfophthalocyanine and ascorbic acid and Hg- and microwave radiation of microwave radiation.
