SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of initiating tumor cell death, intended for treating cancer patients having tumor tissues with metastases for hyperthermia in all organs of human body HF and microwave energy, characterized by that before treatment, a person is transferred to a no-carbohydrate diet for 3 days to create glucose starvation and subsequent maximum saturation of oncological cells with electron-ion solution of hydroxy aluminum trisulfophthalocyanine preparation "Photosens" intravenously in megadose 0.81 mg/kg of body weight for maximum accumulation in tumor tissues in 1.5–1.8 times more than in healthy, and 2–8 hours after administration of hydroxyaluminium trisulfophthalocianine hydrochloride preparation "Photosens" selective hyperthermia of tumor tissues HF energy in accordance with the depth of their location and penetration depth of electromagnetic wave into human body of 1100 cm at the allowed frequency f=13.56 MHz with total heating rate of tumor tissues at this frequency of 0.076 °C/sec for 150 seconds to tumor tissue heating temperature of 48 °C, with heating of healthy tissues not higher than 40 °C.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method for initiation of tumor cell death by hydroxy aluminum of trisulfophthalocyanine and HF and UHF wave radiation energy.
