SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biochemistry, namely to extracting proteins from bone marrow cells of animal tubular bones. Disclosed is a method for extracting proteins from bone marrow of animals, involving suspending bone marrow cells, its filtering, wherein the bone marrow cell suspension is subjected to triple freezing-thawing, filtration through kapron filters, followed by protein precipitation with 20 % trichloracetic acid solution, settling for 12 hours at a temperature of +4 °C in refrigerating chamber, then 0.5 % trichloracetic acid is added to the supernatant, the protein is separated by centrifugation at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes, the obtained precipitate is washed with alcohol and ether, drying on a clock glass, adding 0.9 % sodium chloride to the obtained powder, thoroughly stirring, and then subject to dialysis by running water during a day and distilled water for 1 hour, solution is centrifuged at 2000 rpm for 5 minutes, obtained precipitation is washed with alcohol and ether, then dried on a clock glass.

EFFECT: invention provides simplification of a method for isolating total protein from bone marrow, increased output of protein and higher purity of the end product.
