SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multilayer sound absorbing ceiling panels and ceiling systems comprising multilayer sound-absorbing ceiling panels. Method of mounting a ceiling system, comprising steps of mounting a support crate in the interior of a building such that a closed air space is formed above the support crate, and below the support crate there is an active environment in the room, wherein the support crate comprises a plurality of intersecting beams forming a plurality of openings; first ceiling panel is mounted on support grating inside first opening, wherein the first ceiling panel is made of a sound-absorbing material and has an upper main surface and a lower main surface opposite to the upper main surface of the first ceiling panel, wherein upper main surface of first ceiling panel faces closed airspace, wherein first ceiling panel has NRC value of at least 0.9, and arranging the first sound-deadening layer in the mobile mobility on top of the upper main surface of the first ceiling panel, note here that first sound-absorbing layer has CAC value of at least 37, thereby forming first multicomponent panel with CAC value of at least 40 and NRC value of at least 0.95. Version of the method of mounting a ceiling system is also described.
