FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to suspended ceiling systems with closed support frames. Ceiling system comprises: a first support member of the frame and a second support member of the frame, spaced from the first frame member, wherein the first and second support members of the frame have a longitudinal axis, a lower flange forming a bottom surface and having a thickness in the vertical direction, a vertical strip extending upward from the lower flange, and a continuous guide groove for cutting, made on the lower surface and passing along a straight line along longitudinal axis, wherein the continuous guide groove for cutting has a depth which is less than the thickness of the lower flange in the vertical direction; a ceiling panel extending between a first and a second support element, the support of which serves as said elements; and a first facing sheet located below the ceiling panel and attached to the first and second support members of the frame, the first facing sheet having a first end face, the position of which, if viewed in the axial direction, matches the position of the groove in the first support member of the frame, and opposite second end face, which position, if seen in axial direction, coincides with position of groove in second support element of frame.

EFFECT: disclosed is an embodiment of the ceiling system, a method of closing the support element of the frame and a facing sheet for closing the support frame of the ceiling system.
